I am holding my new Missouri Driver's License.
Why?
Because I received an e-mail saying that I have exceeded the 132 hour out of state credit exchange rate.
Therefore, my tuition will be doubled next semester if I don't become a Missouri resident.
I. am. not. happy.
I have about seven more steps to complete...BUT my mom just called me and told me she needs to consult with Mr. Tax Man more back at home to see if it is really worth it.
