Woke up at 6 am to be on the bus by 6:20 to be in line to get tickets for my group to go to the Washington Monument as well as the Holocaust Museum. It was cold and rainy, but Jake (another PA) and I made it through with each other. My group took the metro down and we met up at Holocaust. I took half the group to the Washington Monument followed by the Capitol. Got 19 people on and off the metro safely! Whoooo! Had the talent show tonight - fun to see the talent of different delegates. Wrapped up the night with the dance and had to tell my group from Iowa goodbye. They were great and couldn't have asked for a better week! Bring on week 2!
