First Monday

Woke up early this morning and headed to Mount Vernon...an hour late. My group flew in, so they have to rent a charter bus, however it never came. So, Lauren (another PA whose bus also didn't come) made several phone calls and about an hour later we were on our way to Mount Vernon. It shook both of us up but we worked through it and our groups were both very understanding. When we got back to the center we had lunch followed by committee meetings and workshops. At 6:30 pm we left (our bus was here this time) for our night view tour. It was really neat to see the demeanor of the group change as we visited the memorials. I have a great group who are fun and chaperons who are always willing to help.
