This post is dedicated to my dear friend, Danielle Cole who is studying abroad in Costa Rica.

I was packing a banana for a snack tomorrow to eat while I am at the beach (yes, I am going to the beach tomorrow! in Delaware..) and the label said it was from Costa Rica!
It made me think of you, Danielle! I am sure you are having lots of fun! I can't wait to hear all about your stories. Miss you.
