i'm back

from a wonderful week of spring break.

we enjoyed a fun day in nashville, tn. and four days of service work in greenville, sc.

many many pictures to come.

Laurie and Curly's Fan Club

A group of us from the Admissions Department got together for dinner Friday night before we cheered on our favorite cast members in Oklahoma!

Bryce and Mallory (center) both work for the Admissions Department at Northwest and had the leads in the musical this year.

To say we were a bit rowdy before the show started would be an understatement.

It was hard to contain our excitement when Bryce sang "The surrey with the fringe on top"

The show was excellent.

I love my job and I love the people I work with.

no, i didn't get a dog.

we are dog sitting LuLu for two weeks while Natalie's grandma recuperates from knee surgery.

she is so stinkin cute...!

This is Lee.

The sweet lady I recognized at Pilates from church.

She invited me over for lunch on Sunday and told me to bring a couple friends.

Her house reminded me of my Grandma Kerkvliet.

Her prize possession consists of her beautiful plates depicting Our Savior's life.

She had the table set up as if it was Christmas dinner.

She said a beautiful prayer before we ate.

She made us French Silk Pie.

Lee and Vern (her husband) will be celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary soon.

She told us that even after 60 years, they are both still in love.
